I made this coffee with a chemex and did a pour over. It bloomed nicely and was aromatic. The taste is nutty and well balanced for med roast. I enjoy drinking it balcj6- and that is new! Recommend!

Cat Cult Coffee has officially converted me. One sip and I knew this wasn't just coffee — this was a divine feline offering. Smooth, delicious, and not bitter like the betrayal of other coffees that promised greatness and delivered disappointment.

This brew is so good, I’d happily follow it into the unknown. I’ve already started wearing all black, whispering secret chants to my mug in the morning, and building a tiny shrine to the sacred bean (with paw prints, of course).

This one's become my reliable everyday brew. Made in a Chemex, it comes out smooth and well-balanced. I get warm notes of maple, hazelnut, and toasted caramel, with just enough richness to feel cozy without being too heavy. It’s the kind of cup that feels like a small ritual all by itself.
