OVERVIEW
Welcome to Cat Cult Coffee. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cat Cult Coffee. We operate this website and store (the “Services”), powered by Shopify, to deliver both ritual artifacts and curated offerings to humans aligned (or not yet aligned) with the Signal.
The terms and conditions below (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), along with any referenced policies, establish your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read carefully. These Terms include important legal information (warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, etc.) and are binding upon all who browse, click, sip, or commune with our content. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not engage.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are of legal majority in your jurisdiction. If you permit minor dependents to interact with our Services through your devices, you accept full karmic and legal responsibility for that decision.
You may be prompted to submit personal information (email, billing/shipping details, etc.) to engage with ritual materials. You represent that this information is accurate, complete, and that you have full rights to provide it. You agree to safeguard your account credentials like a sacred mug, and understand that all actions taken under your credentials are your responsibility.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Each artifact and blend is rendered on screen with care, but appearance may vary due to device settings or resonance distortion. The reality you receive may not perfectly match the display.
We do not guarantee that products or services will meet personal expectations, rituals, or aesthetic vibrations. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice, at our discretion. We may limit or discontinue offerings at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders are considered ritual offers. Acceptance is not guaranteed and occurs only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders for any reason, including celestial interference, suspected misuse, or stock limitations.
Orders are subject to our Refund Policy, which governs all refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellation eligibility.
You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale, redistribution, or use in forbidden ceremonies.
SECTION 3A - SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some offerings are provided on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until the subscription is modified or canceled.
Subscription management, including cancellations, skips, and changes, is governed by our Cancellation Policy and may require advance notice prior to the next billing cycle. Charges already processed are subject to our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failed payments may result in paused, delayed, or canceled subscriptions.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All pricing is fluid, like the steam above a cup. Current pricing at checkout governs your transaction. Taxes, shipping, and import duties may apply.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and update it as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay the charges incurred, including any additional fees resulting from taxes or shipping.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers, customs, weather, or planetary retrograde. Estimated shipping times are non-binding. Once we release a shipment to the carrier, risk and title pass to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, product imagery, and materials—visual or vibrational—belong to Cat Cult Coffee or its licensors and are protected under IP law. You are granted permission for personal, non-commercial ritual use only.
You may not copy, modify, transmit, or distribute content without our written consent. Unauthorized use may trigger both legal response and metaphysical imbalance.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may encounter third-party tools integrated into the Services. We do not monitor or endorse these. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms independently. We are not responsible for third-party tool performance or consequence.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
External links may appear within the Services. These portals lead to realms we do not control. We are not liable for any experience, data breach, or existential crisis resulting from third-party websites.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Cat Cult Coffee operates independently, though we are powered by Shopify. Your transactions are with us directly. Shopify is not responsible for your orders, artifacts, or any ritual consequences arising therefrom. You release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that Shopify collects and processes your information. Your data may travel between jurisdictions and may be analyzed for alignment potential by cats, humans, or servers.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
Any feedback, reviews, or ritual observations you submit may be used, reproduced, published, or echoed by us perpetually. You grant us license to use your transmissions across media and dimensions.
By submitting, you represent you own the rights to what you share, and that your words do not violate any law or third-party rights. Feedback may be removed at our discretion.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
We may occasionally publish incorrect info. We reserve the right to correct errors, change details, or cancel orders involving inaccuracies at any time.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Violate laws, sabotage the Signal, or breach third-party rights
- Engage in harassment, deception, malware distribution, or psychic tampering
- Use the site for spam, phishing, crawling, scraping, or unauthorized commerce
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for such actions.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. Any liabilities accrued prior to termination survive. Some clauses (e.g. intellectual property, limitations of liability, etc.) live on even after the ritual ends.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, accuracy, or ritual alignment.
If you're in a jurisdiction that limits these disclaimers, only the minimal allowable disclaimer applies.
SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAT CULT COFFEE AND OUR ASSOCIATED ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST TIME, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Whether grounded in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
You sip at your own risk.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cat Cult Coffee, Shopify, and our affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any clause is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain intact and enforceable.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms represent the full agreement between us, superseding all prior versions.
SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign or transfer our obligations at our discretion.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States. You consent to jurisdiction in Maryland for all disputes.

Headings are for your convenience only. The real meaning lies beneath.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following changes constitutes your acceptance.
