Refund policy
Each item you receive is prepared just for you under feline supervision. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
That said, if something goes wrong in the ritual, we will make it right.
Coffee (Consumable Goods)
Our coffee is roasted to order. Because of this:
𖦹 We do not accept returns or exchanges for coffee
𖦹 We do not offer refunds based on taste, preference, or a change of heart
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
𖦹 Your order arrives damaged
𖦹 You receive the wrong blend or grind
𖦹 Your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier
Merchandise (Non-Consumable Goods)
Our ritual items are made to order. For apparel and ritual items:
𖦹 No returns or exchanges for sizing, style, or preference
𖦹 We do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly
A replacement or refund will be issued if:
𖦹 The item arrives damaged
𖦹 The wrong item or design is sent
𖦹 Your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier
Delivery Issues
If a shipment is marked “delivered” but cannot be located:
𖦹 Please contact the shipping carrier immediately so they can locate your package
𖦹 We will do our best to help investigate
𖦹 Replacement is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Timing & Claims
𖦹 All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery
𖦹 After that window, the ritual closes

𖦹 A brief description of the issue
𖦹 Photos of the issue, if applicable
We Cannot Accommodate
𖦹 “I didn’t like the taste”
𖦹 “I ordered the wrong thing”
𖦹 Opened or used products
𖦹 Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
We are a small operation running a very large ritual.
