Shipping policy

Each blend is roasted to order by human hands under the watchful eye of the feline cult. We do not warehouse pre-roasted coffee. This means your order enters the ritual queue the moment it’s placed. Some ritual items are made to order and may ship separately.

Estimated Processing & Delivery Times

Coffee is roasted to order. Apparel and ritual items are made to order. Processing times for ritual items may differ from coffee orders. During high-demand periods or planetary alignments, processing and shipping may require additional time.

Current processing and shipping estimates are provided on each product page. These are estimates only. Once your order leaves our roastery or fulfillment facility, transit timing is outside our control.

Free Shipping Ritual

Orders totaling $55 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping. No code is needed. Alignment is recognized automatically.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package truly vanished, email us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
