Purchase Options & Subscription Policy

Some products in our shop are available as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to manage them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries based on the schedule selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically before each shipment is processed.

You may skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once a subscription charge has been processed, that shipment cannot be canceled or refunded. There are no minimum commitments.

Changes made after an order has entered processing will apply to the following shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
